Marcus C Thomlinson

Motivational Speaker

Founder of The Mindset Revolution

Marcus is on a mission to help people feel less stressed, think more effectively, and enjoy personal & professional success. He achieves this by teaching the 7 Key Mindsets which enable people to become more positive, proactive, and productive. Most importantly, he helps people realise they have true influence over how they think, feel, and act. The result is living a more fulfilled and balanced life where you are motivated to take positive action, feel great and smile more often.

Marcus is a mindset coach and an international motivational speaker from London. His fascinating story of personal & business triumphs and tragedies inspired his formula for success. Despite running an award winning financial services business he was diagnosed as severely stressed. Luckily, he began learning the techniques of mind management which opened up a path to a more holistic and fulfilling version of success. He now shares his inspirational journey as founder of The Mindset Revolution and is writing his first book, The Mindset Code.

He has worked with St James’s Place Partners, deVere Group, HSBC Malta, Chelsea Football Club Foundation, Santander, Metro Bank and was part of the London 2012 Olympics. He is an ambassador for Happy Days Children’s charity and a member of Toastmasters International. He is an accredited coach with the IOC and a member of the IOD.

Marcus considers himself extremely lucky that despite many challenges along the way, he has been able to live a life full of wonder and joy. He has three fabulous children and an amazing wife. Having had what he terms “a unique and refreshingly challenging childhood” he is motivated to empower others through what he has learned. This includes overcoming an almost pathological fear of public speaking and learning to sing aged 28. He went on to become a semi-professional musician and still performs regularly.  A life long sailor, he qualified as commercial boat captain in 2006 when re assessing his life.
