How many times a day do you hear people say they are stressed? How often do you feel stressed, even tell others about it?  Stress can be good and helpful. It can enable us to get things done.

​Negative stress, however, is not our friend. Regular feelings of stress mean we lose clarity of thinking, feel over tired and generally fed up. Stress is a primary reason people feel overwhelmed with life. This feeling creates a ‘barrier’ to your natural enjoyment and engagement in most life and work processes.

Sickness absences and stress related illnesses are on the increase. Unchecked, this can lead to serious ill health. Most people in the UK don’t even have a stress management strategy!
