Marcus C Thomlinson – Motivational Speaker & Business Coach
Marcus is a mindset coach and an international motivational speaker from London. His fascinating story of personal & business triumphs and tragedies inspired his formula for success. Despite running an award winning financial services business he was diagnosed as severely stressed. Luckily, he began learning the techniques of mind management which opened up a path to a more holistic and fulfilling version of success.
He now shares his inspirational journey as founder of The Mindset Revolution and is writing his first book, The Mindset Code.
He has worked with St James’s Place Partners, deVere Group, HSBC Malta, Chelsea Football Club Foundation, Santander, Metro Bank and was part of the London 2012 Olympics.
He is an ambassador for Happy Days Children’s charity and a member of Toastmasters International. He is an accredited coach with the IOC and a member of the IOD.
Karen Bernard – Brand & Digital Markting Leader
Having worked within agencies for over twenty years, Karen joined forces with a colleague, and they started their own agency, VGD, 7 years ago. Experienced at working within marketing communications, they deliver effective projects and integrated campaigns for SMEs as well as major blue-chip companies and are passionate about helping businesses grow and realise their full potential.
Curious by nature, Karen has always been interested in why and how customers engage with brands and how organisations use this knowledge to differentiate their products and services from their competitors.

Graham Miller – TV & Media Presenter
Graham Miller has more than 40-years experience of covering news, current affairs and sport on national television, radio, newspapers and magazines. During a distinguished career he has twice been nominated by The Royal Television Society as Sports Presenter of the Year.
He now runs Media-Vu working as a media consultant, delivering public speaking workshops, bespoke media training programmes as well as video and audio productions for both broadcast and corporate clients.
Media-Vu partners with a variety of organisations, major companies and individuals advising on media strategy and public relations. The client list includes executives at Manchester United FC, Coca-Cola and the banking industry to name but a few.
As a national television correspondent and presenter for ITV’s ‘News at 10’ and other network programmes Graham has covered major events and stories both here in the UK and from around the world. And he uses his experience and understanding of presentation and communication techniques to help delegates improve their public speaking skills in an ever demanding modern business world.
